gosh..yesterday's trg was like shit...so tired,main set was 2 sets of mvo2...almostdied...me and michelle one lane and 3rd group was fiona and orange...almost drowned,kalya pass the wave to me then i pass to michelle,michelle pass to ivan...haha and that fione and orange,everytime when they reach the wall they will squeeze me and zachary was standing beside me...then i have to tiptoe,so i won't touch him...then after that my leg so pain...fiona and orange,i'm going to kill you!!haha..
oh ya and yesterday,i saw the JIC programme..my placing not very good...for example 200 IM

played captains ball yesterday...score was 10-8...we won!!got pricked by the safety pin..then got blood...so pain,yesterdat played uno too..so fun,today no sch so happy might be blogging later........
