heyys...finally i'm updating my blog..hahah..first..hmm,singapore open is over..quite alright..one best time..but a freaking 1.14 for 100 back..hahah..then,sch nats heats over...so happy,i did 1.12!yay!hope can do 1.11..hahah..50 back was quite okae,34.49..don't know when will i do 33 again..hahah..maybe in the finals..freaking shana..swim so fast..feel like killing her..hahah..yeah.that amanda 1.01.93 for 100 free..oh god!she must be crazy..jia did 1.04..hmm..din improve..hahah..selena also 1.04..but lost to jia abit..everyone is so fast!okaez i better train hard..hahah..had relay yesterday..after my morning event i reached home at 12.30..then went to sleep..woke up at 2..then i was like oh no! late alr..then quickly change..hahah..reached there at 2.15..in time..but didn't have time to warm up..so just swim lah..did 31.44..quite okae..considering i din warm up..hahah..can't wait for finals!!
oh no!i miss swimfast training..i really dont like coe training..not to say the coach too..so darn irritating lah..seriously coach david is the best ever..but i'm going trng today!!at barker rd..went yesterday..then warm down..hahah..quite fun..but that joycie never come..wells..she better come today..hahah..nic chew also never come..hahah..wells..
