heyy!finally the end of the week is here!one more training session to go!hahah,todays trng main set was 5x400 IM..at first i thought we were doing heart rate set..but we didn't do!thank god..but the sea games swimmers had to do,the distance only..hahah..yupp,the thought of IM made me thought that i was going last,but i went second..after 2 i was first..i almost died..but tried to maintain my stroke..and made the cycle!first time!!yay!slight improvement!so after that we had ice bath!!heehee*it was damn fun!its like we had to sit in the tub for 1 min for 5 times,the temperature of the water was 10 degree!10 degree is really cold,when you get in its not so bad but like after a while it hurts..but you feel more relaxed after that..our"tub"was the big rubbish bin!the one with the lid..hahah..when lionel went into the bin,herbert pretended to close the lid,but didn't in the end..then,this small guy not from coe was like shouting really wanted to close the lid!then cameron shouted to the boy"shut up,you small shit"then everybody laughed..herbert told cameron"hey,be nice"hahah..cameron is always full of shit..oh..and when it was cameron's turn to get cold,he said he couldn't get into the bin cos his legs were too long..so leonard told him bend your legs!i'm taller than you and i can get in..then cameron said"i said i can't fit into the bin i'm too tall"hahah..but in the end he did get his shoulders into the water,right at the water level..yeah,then soon it was my turn..went in with christel..it was damn freakin nice!hahah..did it twice..poor ting(tingwen)cried..cos it was too cold for her..but wanting seemed relaxed..then jos said that she was not going to bath..hahah..and yeah,she didn't..then the marcus only did the ice bath once!hahah..oh my,i can't wait for the next ice bath!hahah...maybe the water will be colder!wait,maybe i'll freeze!and finally,i did a 2.34 for 200 back!!on thursday!my best time!yayy!!and yeah a 33 for 50 back!PB again!the hard work might be paying off!it never hurts to feel the pain for just 30 mins right>so just hang in there!

ohh..went to school today..pratically had nothing to do,hahah,i didn't go yesterday..then miss tan asked why then i truthfully told her"cause come school very boring so i stay at home to rest after training"instead,she started laughing..hahah..weird..lee xin,xue yu,kun long.scot never come today..yeah,was not as bored as wednesday..justin, bryan, melissa and i were cracking jokes as usual..then suddenly bryan keep on disturbing me then i shouted at him"shut up lah"then mrs kong came to me and asked what happened then i told her abt bryan..hahah..then mrs kong ask him"why you go and disturb her again huh?nothing to do is it?then he gave him something to do,go to the staff room to get her file..but he couldn;t find it,so i had to go instead..hahah..stypid bryan ong!yeah,and i was messaging lee xin in class..nobody saw except the three of them..hahah..mrs kong actually gave us something interesting thing to do..but i didn't have the materials cos i didn't even know what was going on..lol..and we have to do a powerpoint presentation,in english and chinese..wa lao!i'm doing chinese one!so we went to the computer lab..hahah..then we had this art competition..i didn't bring anything at all..so i borrowed..and started doing..and doing..then recess..then started doing and doing..lol..then that justin keep making us laugh..hahah..

okayy..gotta go have a good rest now..for tmrw mornings training..hope i don't die for the 3x200 best form des set!hahah..and yay!theres gym tmrw!so we'll swim lesser!okayy..pple..nite!rest well!loveya loads!*
