great!we'll prob might be doing heart rate set later?!hope not.i'll just
do 10 under 1.10 and die for the rest..herbert's heart rate set makes
you feel totally drained oyt and dehydrated.you'll feel like you're floating
on the water after that!haha.oh well,i'm sure amanda an i won't ever
forget the time when we had to do 60x100 heart rate set pace!!haha.we
swam until got costume burn la..
tuesday afternoon's training was fun!well,cos herbert wasn't there..so
we were slacking for most of it.yeah,main set was 15x200 IM on 3.15
stupid haili go erase the 1 from 15,so everyone thought it was 5x200IM!
haha.then he said its actually 15,but we did 10 in the end..wednesday
afternoon there was this new guy..AARON'S COMPETITOR!that joseph
schooling guy..at first i went into the room,and i was like'who's that guy?'
haha.well,besides that..it was one of the best training sessions i've ever had!
okayy,we did 3x1000 fs des AGAIN..my times were incredibly much more faster
than the last time i did!first one was 13.59,who cares if i made the cycle
by one freaking sec?haha.were supposed to go on 14min,but we went on
15min..then second one,i went a 13.35,i sec faster than my best time for 1000
fs.then last one i went 12.57!!it was not the whole 1000 sprint though,i went 2.40
for first 200m.. 5.15for 400m..then i don't know alr.it was abt,1.17 pace per
100!that's fast for me!haha.yeah,joseph wasn't enjoying his first training session
at coe! we lapped him like 3 times..yesterday morning was killer!we had to do
1500 fly!that was part of the set.he's crazy!then i didn't go training in the afternoon
cos we went to celebrate my sister's birthday..we went to watch 'the family stone'
it was funny..so,lyn..HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!
sighs,the year is gonna be over..still remember the fun times..haha.esp at
school,as well as the club.. was just a day ago when i joined coe,did my
best heart rate set ever,all the fun times!haha..okayy,hope you guys have
