oh dear!christmas just passed,hope you guys had lotsa presents!:)haha.time flies..anws,it was just like any other christmas..we went church in the morning at the indoor stadium,it was full!like no places left alr la..yeah,after church..went to have lunch,go gome watch tv..then went to my aunt's house..at there we ate,watch tv,sing christmas carols and stuff..haha.
its time to relax!cause john and herbert not in sin!so there's only one coach.yeah,but herbert is coming back preety soon,i guess.this morning's set was kinda easy..but we did the stupid 3000swim for time!we were like slacking most of the time.but still went below 43min!haha.surprise!but no one did the 7.5m underwater kick,last 5m no breathing,fast turns,not even nick.haha..like if you do that for 3000m for time,you'll die la.not enough oxygen..but herbert dosen't believe us.haha.we're gonna have troublle doing it when herbert comes back!yeah,and stupid deborah and selena never come.
this is for joyce:sorry i didn't go training on sat:( was helping my mum pack the house then i didn't know the time.sorry!i'll try to go..soon..
yeah,was supposed to go swimfast for training on friday,but i overslept!the alarm clock ring,then i went back to sleep..when i woke up,i was like,i'll go tomorrow..haha.my slacker bro also never go training la.then on saturday,after i realised that i couldn't go training,i said..i'll go on monday morning.but on sunday night i decided not to go!haha.but thank god i never go..if not i'll be doing 3000m swim for time for 2 days!oh,our set in the afternoon consists of 1500fs-fly,not easy!thats the warm-up.its damn tiring.but other than that the set is easy..haha.no heart rate set!gotta go now,bye!
