okayy,i don't have much time,cos i have to go school and collect my posting results soon..i'll make this short.haha.luckily yesterday training we didn't do heart rate set!which was like thank god!instead we did 2x400 on 5.30..i'm have been on morning break since tuesday,okayy,i got cheated on one morning sesion cos herbert forgot to message me!argh!yeah,and he cheated the queensland swimmers of tmrw morning.actually we didn't have to go la.then now we have to.haha.but at least we got a break!i'm happy to announce that i'll be going to the club for training soon!joyce and dika keeps asking me.haha.we're gonna have loads of fun like usual.john is leaving today!but we can't slack,haha.we have a few days break,i think 4 days off.john said that was the forst time he ever done that in his whole swimming career.oh god,john is so much nicer than herbert!!haha.both are quite nice.haha.okayy,i gotta go get ready now.seeya guys again!
