second post for the day..just came back from training.
it was damn easy..no doubt,we did heart rate set..okayy
,here's what happened..4.10pm:for JAG ppl-i was the
only one there 4.15:makoto and i 4.30:still makoto
and i!!yeah,then herbert didn't even write the programme
on the board!then we were sitting there watching the
rest of them copy their programme..when herbert
realised that there were only two ppl from his group
present,he said:i won't write the programme..what
shit is this lah!?!okayy,then he told us he's gonna let
us do something different..oh yeah,i'm sure lah,in
the end he told us,you guys are going to do heart rate
set with the squad ppl..what the shit la..then after a while
zhe kang came,but she couldn't swim cos she had stomach
cramps..so,uncle auyeong was being nice,and instead of
doing 30x100 we did only 20x100!yeah,and where was
herbert?in the coe room using the computer!!amanda told
me cos she came late with her bro..like,why is herbert
using the computer during training time!?he didn't
even care abt us,even though there was only 4 of us,
he could just at least give us our times rite?but heart
rate set was easy..i was holding 1.17 pace..i wasn't
even panting!haha..the junior swimmers have been
like making observations,and we realised that herbert
is damn freaking slack when john is not around!yupp,
its true!how can peishan and i forget the time when it
was 4.10 already and herbert wasn't here!rainer and
cameron found an open window and we climbed in by
there..so we waited for him like 5mins!then when he
came in,he started scolding us and punished us to do
3000m free!HE WAS LATE!and,on one saturday
afternoon john wasn't there,herbert came at 4.30
sharp!and didn't even write the programme on the board!
too slack alr lah!i bet amanda will agree with me!haha.
oh yeah,speaking of cameron,he went back to new zealand
already..not coming back anymore..sighs,1 person lesser
in coe,haha..cameron was really funny lah,coe is quieter
without him,no more makoto and lame jokes..lucas and
gareth jokes..okayy,good things come to an end one day..
oh well,i guess i've said enough abt herbert alr..seeya guys
next year!!happy 2006!
