todays the last day of jag!!so fast.
haha,and i still haven't qualified
for sea age yet!argh.. oh well,
1st day had 100 back,slipped
off the start,then i did like 1.11.6
and 200IM 2.38.PB!then 2nd
day had 50 back only,did a
pathetic 32.97..2 sec ahead of jia!:)
that was the only gold medal
that i have la..
had freaking 200 back on the third day!!
bloody hell,we had to re-swim!
cos there wasn't any time or something
like that!!we swam like 150m alr!then
they let down the ropes.for some
reason.i don't know why shana and
i didn't stop.shana was so pissed
that she pointed middle finger at
the officials xDbut it was damn
frustrating!then those sec 1
girls who were there made us
feel better like encouraging us and stuff.
okayy,everyone cried about having to
swim another 200m.well,herbert and
coach david was like'its alright to swim
another 200..just take it as training'..
after 10 min,we were in the water
swimming the race again.we weren't
like even well rested yet.shit!
anw,i still did 2.31.9.. 0.2 sec away
from my PB!haha.but bert said
that the 1st one i could have done 2.29!
what the hell!but i still got 2nd
inching ahead before chriselle.the
poor binx still had 400 IM!
