asean cup was over in like a second.
was like super fast. sighs. didn't
really do alot of PBs except for a
few events. haha. but really happy
with 200 free time. 2.16! improved
by 5 sec! totally screwed up 200
IM. don't ask.
overall, i got 2 silver and 2 bronze.
got a bronze for relay. and i
did 1.04! PB again!haha.
last day had the dinner thing. was kinda
boring. just went there and eat.haha.
and watch them perform.
actually wasn't supposed to go,
but my sis got the best performance.
so must go.haha.


hmm,rainer is now in sydney
competing in aussie age! he just
swam 200 free this morn and got
3rd. but have to wait for finals.
tingwen got i think 2 bronze.
hopefully they can win more
medals back!!and rainer can break the 200 fly
and 100 back national record! xD
