hmmm. a little update on sch nats before i rest. my
50 back was really slow, 33.6? gosh. luckily john
never scold (: haha. but we are still training! as in
real hardcore training. lets see, wednesday we did
30x 100 HEART RATE SET! was so tiring, at least
i was holding 1.13/1.14 after 5 months of not doing
heart rate set. haha. but i was dying of thirst, some
idiot knocked my bottle over. and me, eing the smart
one obviously didn't screw my bottlecap, or rather,
i forgot. so i was left with very little water! oh well.
here, check out wed's set:
10x100 L25 exp B/F on 1.30
5x100 buoy band paddle on 1.25
30x100 heart rate set on 1.40
400 mod
20x50V/P B/F on 45 sec
4x100 fs on 1.10
700 fs/bk
what the hell. stupid V/P time was so fast!
yesterday afternoon's set was crap.
1500 fs/fly
12x50 exp B/Fon 50 sec
20x50 dive max fs on 1.30
20x50 kick
easy on 1 min
hard on 40 sec
10x50 HVOS
at least i got to miss the 1500 fs/fly. haha (:
i hate 1500 fs/fly. i always die xD

OH DEAR!
toa payoh pool is infested with rats!!
at least thats our prediction..
heres what happened:
i was sitting at the stone slab, suddenly my sister
ran out of the toilet screaming' there's a rat in
the toilet' super loud. so i quicky ran in to see.
haha.yeah, wanting and peishan were talking when
the rat ran out of a cubicle, at a fast speed. omg.
scary. so we called the rat busters in(christel and
tingwen) again they took the tongs and brush.
haha. okay, ting gave me this super duper big
broom and said, protect them! lol.
aparently, when the rat ran out, everyone screamed.
and.. its a different rat! this one is black!
the other one was grey! gosh. maybe they're husband and wife.
then there'll be children! :/
wanting was freaked out by the rat. haha.
i can't imagine going into the toilet and then see
all the rats running around :/
haha. don't go to the last few cubicles, its dry,
rats stay in dry place (: gross.
lol. got 100 back later :/ and the main set for
trng is 30x100 one hard,one easy. darn!
