no training for the whole day today! got the morning off, and i have colors award later. haha. got to sleep in late :D blah.training was killer yesterday. 12x400 i was dying. queensland trials tmrw. i'm kinda scared. oh well, but at least on the bright side, its my birthday tmrw too! :) haha.
