i'm dying from gym.
oh no, i mean i'm dead :((
you'd think that we'd have at least a few days of recovery.
NO NO NO. the very next day we did quality set.
pushed super duper hard for gym this morning.
went 20 kg for barbell overhead squats okayy, wanting
and i did 10 kg heavier : D
oh well. i whole body is so sore nowww!
my movements are restricted
i think i'd better not go training :DD
i was super hyper in gym today.
i kept laughing, and no, it wasn't because of anything.
afternoon was supposed to be recovery
but no :( the last set spoilt everything.
at least i have wanting swimming backstroke with me :D
