training this week has been rather fun (:
maybe cos we're tapering.
lots of gossip going on around :D
lol i shan't say anything.

ohmygoodness.
SELENA TAN got whacked by the harness during training!
she was pulling leonard when the thing suddenly snapped.
i wasn't at the pool deck, but i still saw
everything and it was siper scary. you should
look at the marks on her arms. but its kinda weird that selena is pulling leonard
cos john usually makes the guys pull. haha :D
